What is BritSpine?
BritSpine is the UK’s leading multi-disciplinary scientific conference and exhibition on the topic of the Spine, held across three days which will bring together experts in spinal conditions, research and treatment from across the world to expand knowledge and promote networking. The event is held biennially (every 2 years).
The meeting is organised by the UKSSB with, and on behalf of UK Spine Societies:
– British Association of Spine Surgeons (BASS)
– National Spine Network (NSN)
– British Scoliosis Society (BSS)
– Society for Back Pain Research (SBPR)
– British Association of Spinal Cord Injury Specialists (BASCIS)

Where/when is the next BritSpine event?
The next BritSpine will be held at the SEC Centre, Glasgow – Tuesday 18 April to Thursday 20 April 2023.
(There will additional educational days/sessions on Monday 17 April 2023)
Please note, dates have shifted to a Tuesday to Thursday conference (compared to the usual Wednesday to Friday).
Who attends BritSpine?
The event attracts a wide range of delegates who work with the topic of spinal disorders, including (but certainly not limited to): Orthopaedic and Neurological Surgeons, Surgical Trainees, Medical Students, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Researchers, Basic Scientists, Healthcare Commissioners, along with many other professions.

How do I submit an abstract for this event?
Out Abstract Submission Portal for BritSpine 2023 is now open at www.BritSpine.com/Abstracts.
The UKSSB would like to invite abstracts (250 words max) on a variety of spinal topics for consideration to be presented at BritSpine 2023: 18-20 April 2023 as either oral or poster presentations.

How do I register to attend this event?

Will the event sessions be recorded and available?
The event will be using a Conference App (available on Apple and Android phones), where you will be able to interact with other delegates, view the programme, speakers and topics, and a host of other information about BritSpine.
Sessions are planned to be recorded and made available around one week after the event via the app and will be available for the foreseeable future.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer live virtual attendance at BritSpine 2023, but those who are not able to attend the meeting in Glasgow who have registered to attend in-person will have access to the session recordings via the app.

Pay by invoice/purchase order
If you would like to pay by invoice, please select this option on the final payment screen in the registration system. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your invoice which will be available to download. If you would like a PO adding to this, please email britspine@mosaicevents.co.uk with the PO number and the details of the delegate that is attending.
